- To provide youths from Gyeonggi-do with financial support for certification exam fees and program fees, Offer equal opportunities to obtain employment qualifications.

- Unemployed youths residing in Gyeonggi-do.
- Details
- Eligibility: Unemployed youths residing in Gyeonggi-do.
Support Details: Support for exam fees and program fees for youth language (certification) tests (up to KRW 300,000).
Types of Certifications: Total of 909 types, including 19 language certifications, national technical qualifications, and nationally accredited private certifications.
Selection Criteria: First-come, first-served basis until the budget for each city/county is fully utilized.
Payment Method: Bank transfer.
