- Purpose
- Provide systematic support for student-tailored career training based on the student's growth stage. Empowerment of lifelong career development through enhanced self-direction.
Enhance parents' career training capabilities through parent career coach training. Promote their social participation by training them as career mentors in schools.
- Target
- Elementary school students (grades 5-6), middle school students (years 1-3), and their parents in Gyeonggi-do.
- Details
- Online Career Training for Students
- Provide career exploration programs for grade 5-6 elementary students (12 hours) and year 1-3 middle school students (16 hours).
- If desired, record the completion in the 'Career Activities Cumulative Record' section of the student's school life record for schools with an internal operational plan.
Career Coach Training for Parents
- Conduct a 40-hour online career mentor training program for parents in Gyeonggi-do.
- After completing the program, parents can act as career coaches in local schools.
