Purpose: To ensure youths' social rights by providing stable implementation of the Youth Basic Income through an efficient policy application and review system.

Target: 24-year-olds registered as residents of Gyeonggi-do during the application period who meet one of the following requirements:
1. Have continuously lived in Gyeonggi-do for the past 3 years;
2. Have been registered as a resident in Gyeonggi-do for a total of at least 10 years.

Details: Age Criteria:
- Based on the 1st day of the application month each quarter.
Payment Conditions:
1. Must be 24 years old and a registered resident of Gyeonggi-do during the application period or;
2. Must have continuously lived in Gyeonggi-do for the past 3 years, or have a total of at least 10 years of residency in Gyeonggi-do.
Payment Amount
- KRW 1 million per year per person, distributed as KRW 250,000 quarterly.
Payment Method
- Gyeonggi Local Currency in the form of a card, mobile payment, or paper vouchers.
Required Documents
Online application form and a copy of the resident register (abstract).

Period: Quarterly Announcement: February, May, August, October
Quarterly Application Period: February-March, May-June, August-September, October-November
Review and Payment: April, July, October, December
