Purpose
To resolve job mismatches between unemployed youths and small businesses in Gyeonggi-do. Improve the employment capabilities of youths
Target
Participants: Unemployed youths aged 18 to 39 residing in Gyeonggi-do (based on the date of employment).
Participating Companies: Small businesses with offices located in Gyeonggi-do.
Details
Identify and select youth-friendly companies in Gyeonggi-do to provide employment opportunities.
Provide job opportunities for young job seekers (2 months of work) and support their transition to permanent positions.
Operate workplace adaptation programs to help young participants adjust and encourage continued employment.
(These include pre-employment adaptation training, customized empowerment training, and 1:1 workplace adaptation consulting.)

Annually, around March – November
