- Purpose
- To certify and support excellent companies in Gyeonggi-do that contribute to creating quality jobs,
thereby encouraging continuous recruitment.
- Target
- Certification for Company with Excellent Jobs: SMEs located in Gyeonggi-do for more than 3 years.
Certification for Youth-Friendly Company: Companies with valid Certification for Company with Excellent Jobs.
Improvement of Employment Environment: Companies with valid Certification for Company with Excellent Jobs and Certification Youth-Friendly Company.
- Details
- Certification for Company with Excellent Jobs: Certify companies with good employment records and working conditions (50 companies / 2-year certification) and provide incentives.
Certification for Youth-Friendly Company: Certify companies with good youth employment records and working conditions (10 companies / 3-year certification) and provide incentives.
Improvement of Employment Environment: Provide facility support funds up to KRW 20 million (for welfare and work environment) with a minimum 10% self-pay.
