- Purpose
- To utilize the experience of retired middle-aged and elderly individuals in Gyeonggi-do and support their reentry into society by offering instructor skill improvement training and lecture connections. Train citizen instructors in the community.
- Target
- Residents of Gyeonggi-do aged 40 to 64.
- Details
- Provide training to improve instructor skills, including life career planning, lecture skill improvement, lesson plan creation, and preparation. Support connections for delivering lectures.

- Annually, around March – August
