- Residents of Gyeonggi-do aged 19 and older who wish to work in the construction field.

- Skill Training: Train 250 on-site construction workers through practical skill-focused training.
Employment Support: Expand job opportunities in the field of construction by discovering quality job vacancies and providing job placement services.
