- Purpose
- To alleviate labor shortages in SMEs and provide stable job opportunities for the middle-aged and elderly individuals in Gyeonggi-do.
- Target
- SMEs or medium-sized enterprises in Gyeonggi-do, and baby boomers in their 50s residing in Gyeonggi-do.
- Details
- Provide up to KRW 9.6 million per worker to SMEs or medium-sized enterprises in Gyeonggi-do that hire unemployed baby boomers in their 50s as regular employees for Gyeonggi-do-specific suitable jobs.
- Period
- Recruitment of participating companies: Expected to be April – July
