- Improve the quality of employment services and empowerment for job counselors in Gyeonggi-do's city/county job centers through systematic and professional training.
- Target
- Job counselors at Gyeonggi-do and city/county job centers.
- Details
- Conduct job training reflecting the results of demand surveys and expert advisory meetings. Provide non-pressuring training to prevent emotional burnout. Also, provide workshops for networking among Gyeonggi-do and city/county job centers.
