- Purpose
- To create opportunities for baby boomers (ages 50-65) with social experience and skills to re-enter the workforce.
This project aims to solve community issues and provide jobs that contribute to the society, expanding continuous social participation and supporting a stable retirement.
- Target
- Baby boomers (unemployed, aged 50 to 65) residing in Gyeonggi-do.
- Details
- Identify various job types in fields that can create social value, such as digital, climate/environment, safety, and caregiving. Conduct social value-creating activities targeting vulnerable groups and welfare facilities.

- Annually, around May – November
