To support the employment and reemployment of baby boomers in Gyeonggi-do by providing internship experience that leads to sustainable private-sector jobs, while offering companies the opportunity to assess and recruit promising talent.

Participating Companies: SMEs, mid-sized enterprises, social enterprises, and social ventures in Gyeonggi-do with five or more employees Participants: 900 unemployed baby boomers aged 40–64 residing in Gyeonggi-do
Details
1. Match baby boomer job seekers with hiring companies and support 3-month internships. 2. Provide companies with wage subsidies of KRW 3.6 million per intern (up to 10 interns per company). 3. Offer training to improve participants’ workplace adaptability and career development, including on-the-job mentoring (OJT). 4. Operate two “Social Enterprise Intern Matching Days” (in northern and southern regions). 5. Conduct on-site company inspections and offer post-internship employment support services. 6. Host a performance-sharing event for participating companies and interns.
