- Purpose
- To provide university students in Gyeonggi-do with opportunities to gain technical skills and hands-on experience, fostering field-ready talent and enhancing employment capabilities.
- Target
- ○ Participating Universities: Four-year universities and colleges (national, public, and private) eligible to operate credit-linked job training (field training) programs
○ Eligible Students: 3rd and 4th-year students enrolled in partner universities in Gyeonggi-do, and 3rd and 4th-year students from partner universities outside Gyeonggi-do who are residents of Gyeonggi-do
* 1st-year students at 2–3-year colleges are excluded.
* Graduating students are not eligible; students on leave may participate with proof of return.
* Students who have previously participated in central/local government or in-province job experience programs lasting 2 months or more are excluded.
○ Participating Companies: Partner companies affiliated with participating (cooperating) universities

- ○ Recruit and select partner universities eligible to operate job training programs.
○ Provide pre-placement training and implement credit-based job training for selected students.
○ Offer financial support to participating universities, companies, and students.
1) Participating Universities: [Student Management Allowance] KRW 150,000/trainee per month
2) Participating Companies: [Company Support Fund] Up to KRW 1.5 million/trainee per month
3) Participating Students:
[Wage] Field training wage guaranteed at or above minimum wage (KRW 2,096,270/month in 2025)
[Completion Incentive] KRW 500,000 KRW upon completion of job training
