- Purpose
- To support the smooth transition to civilian life and successful job entry for long-term service members who have faithfully served in national defense.
- Target
- Service members in the northern Gyeonggi-do who are scheduled for discharge and seeking employment in heavy equipment operation, drone operation, or sports medicine after discharge.
* Eligible: Non-commissioned officers, officers, and other professional soldiers / * Ineligible: Enlisted soldiers and military personnel who are not professional soldiers

- Based on preliminary demand surveys of soldiers in the northern Gyeonggi-do, provide specialized training to develop professionals in the fields of heavy equipment, drones, and sports medicine.
