Details
1. Additional Employment Incentive: KRW 800,000/replacement employee per month (up to 3 months). 2. Reduced Salary Compensation: Up to KRW 300,000 per month to compensate for participants’ reduced salaries (up to 3 months). 3. Consulting support for implementing the 0.5 & 0.75 job system (including internal regulations, labor affairs, etc.) 4. Provision of a replacement personnel pool and simplified replacement personnel process.
