To improve the treatment and welfare of youth workers in Gyeonggi-do by providing wage compensation, welfare benefits, and asset formation support. This aims to encourage long-term employment.
Target
Youths aged 19 to 39 residing in Gyeonggi-do, working 36 hours or more per week, health insurance of KRW 127, 195 or less (Income criteria: Monthly salary of KRW 3,590,000 or less (150% of median income)).

○ Support for Youth Workers in SMEs: Asset-forming project through wage supplementation - Up to KRW 4,800,000 over two years, with semi-annual payments of KRW 1,200,000 in Gyeonggi-do local currency ○ Welfare Points: Welfare support using the Gyeonggi Youth Mall - Up to KRW 1,200,000 in welfare points per year ○ Youth Pension: Asset-forming savings product - Individual to provincial government matching support at a 1:1 ratio (choose from KRW 100,000, 200,000, or 300,000 per month)

Year-round ○ Support for Youth Workers in SMEs: October 2025 (one-time, 2,000 participants selected) ○ Welfare Points: June, August 2025 (two times, a total of 20,000 participants selected) ○ Post-Management: Verification and management of participants’ eligibility and status changes (January – December 2025)
